Office Capabilities

The offices of Core Association Services are located in the city of Fairfax, just 16 miles from the District of Columbia and three miles from the Vienna Metro station. Our 1700 square foot office is located in a quiet business park, which is conveniently located near I-66 and Old Town Fairfax.

Our office is fully operational -- with five computers, five printers, fax machine, two photocopiers, Risograph printer, two scanners, postage meter, mailing scales, iomega backup systems, and high speed internet connection. We have two storage rooms in our office for storage of client records, and we also maintain climate controlled off-site storage in Chantilly, VA.

Each client has a separate line in our Comdial phone system, and the phones are answered in the organization’s name during regular office hours. The phone system has conference call capability and call forwarding, and it has a built-in voice mail system. There is computerized tracking of the number of incoming and outgoing calls and the minutes for each line, so we can easily determine the monthly call volume and time for each client.

In addition, we have several software packages which we use and upgrade regularly. These include IC Verify credit card processing software, Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Office Professional Version (which includes publisher and access), Adobe Acrobat professional version, Dreamweaver, Word Perfect and the Corel Draw graphics suite. With our in-house capabilities, we can provide most of the services which our clients need without ever leaving the office.

Our staff is very proficient in Access software, which we use to maintain offline databases. We work with online databases through MySQL interface programs.

Our staff has taken the Cvent training and are knowledgeable about how Cvent works and are proficient in using their system.
